King’s Cache offers pre-orders on selected upcoming releases, including sealed products, special editions, and limited collectible drops. This policy explains how pre-orders work.
What Is A Pre-Order
A pre-order is a reservation for a product that has not yet been released.
When you place a pre-order:
- You secure your item before release
- Your payment is processed immediately
- We ship the item once it arrives at our facility
Pre-order items are clearly marked on product pages with:
- A “Pre-Order” label
- Estimated release or shipping date
- Any specific terms when applicable
Payment
Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of purchase.
This ensures:
- Your allocation is secured
- Your price is locked in
- Your order is guaranteed
Pricing
The price shown at the time of pre-order is the final price you pay.
Even if the market price or MSRP changes later, your original price remains unchanged.
Estimated Release Dates
Each pre-order listing includes an estimated release or shipping date based on manufacturer information.
Please note:
- Release dates are estimates only
- Delays from manufacturers may occur
If delays happen:
- We update product pages
- We notify customers with active pre-orders
- You may keep your order or cancel for a full refund
Pre-Order Shipping
Once stock arrives:
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Standard transit time is 3–8 business days
- Tracking is included on all orders
- Eligible orders include free shipping
Pre-orders are generally shipped in the order they were received (FIFO system).
Cancellations
You may cancel a pre-order at any time before it ships for a full refund.
To cancel:
- Email support@kingscache.com
- Include your order number
- Write “Pre-Order Cancellation” in the subject line
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days after approval.
Manufacturer Cancellations
If a manufacturer cancels a release entirely:
- You will be notified immediately
- A full refund will be issued automatically
- No action is required from your side
Mixed Orders (Pre-Order + In-Stock)
If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, you can choose:
Split Shipment (Default)
- In-stock items ship immediately
- Pre-order items ship when released
Combined Shipment
- All items ship together once the pre-order is available
- Simply request this in checkout notes
