Return Eligibility

  • Raw cards must be in original sleeve/toploader packaging
  • Sealed products must remain factory sealed
  • Graded cards must be intact with no slab damage
  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened sealed products (booster packs, boxes, etc.)
  • Items with broken or tampered grading slabs
  • Items not in original condition

Once sealed products are opened, their collectible value changes and they are no longer eligible for return.
