Free Shipping On All Orders

All orders ship free. No minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout.
This applies to all items including single cards, graded slabs, sealed boxes, and collectibles.
Where We Ship From
Orders are processed through our fulfillment network and shipped from trusted logistics partners based in the United States.
Where We Ship To
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii, as well as APO/FPO/DPO military addresses.
International shipping may be available depending on the product and carrier conditions.
Handling Time
1–3 Business Days
After you place your order, we need time to:
- Verify and process your order
- Pick items from inventory
- Re-check condition and authenticity
- Carefully package your order
- Prepare shipping and generate tracking
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.
Transit Time
3–8 Business Days
Delivery time depends on your location:
- West Coast: 3–5 business days
- Central US: 4–6 business days
- East Coast: 5–8 business days

Tracking
Every order includes tracking.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to track your package.
Packaging Standards
We take packaging seriously to protect collectibles:
- Cards are sleeved and top-loaded
- Graded slabs are bubble-wrapped and boxed securely
- Sealed products are reinforced with protective padding
- High-value orders receive extra protection
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Contact us at support@kingscache.shop
- Include your order number
- For damage, include clear photos of the package and items
We handle all carrier claims and will provide a replacement or refund when eligible.
Address Accuracy

Once an order is shipped, we may not be able to change or reroute it.
